Research -> Planetary Processes

Our group is interested in magma dynamics in the interior of planets and the fluid dynamics of processes that shape the surface of planets in our solar system. Currently this involves work understanding intrusions in the Martian crust, explosive phreatic blasts on the surface of Mars and the flows they create, and eruptive dynamics of Enceladus. This work is funded by NASA through Mars Fundamental Research and Outer Planet Research.
